This tire is practically a mirror image of the Bridgestone Blizzak LM-32, with the difference being that this tire uses run flat technology. Run flat technology gives the driver the ability to drive for about 50 miles after a puncture. This tire has been specifically developed for BMW 1, 3, 5 and 6 series coupes and convertibles essentially because they don't have a large cargo area for a full size spare tire. However I've also found it often fitted to some BMW sedans in that lineup as well. Just like all other dedicated snow tires, Bridgestone recommends that you only use these tires in sets of four. It should be noted that these tires meet the industry standard for severe snow service requirements.
