In the Ultra High Performance Summer category of tires for Bridgestone, this tire is probably their best. It's been made for sports cars, coupes, and performance sedans, and for those drivers who want a tire to perform well under the three non-winter seasons. It uses some cool technology, called UNI-T Technology and has an asymmetric design using a 3D center block to create great dry traction and cornering. Just with all other summer tires, these are not intended to be used in ice/snow or at near freezing temperatures. Bridgestone also notes that these tires are able to be mounted on either side of the car as the tread is not directional, this isn't odd, just uncommon for an asymmetric tread design.
The RE760 comes in a large selection of sizes, so you'll likely be able to find one that fits your sporty car. On a lighter car, such as a Mini Cooper S, or Mazda Miata, this tire can get you over 50,000 miles. On heavier vehicles, you'll likely see fewer miles before they are worn out. You do get a lot for the money though, as these this tire will give you great performance over the lifetime of the tire and it definitely makes my top three within this performance category.
