This tire is pretty similar to the BFGoodrich Long Trail T/A Tour in that it is SUV tire that's designed more for on road rather than off road. I think the main difference is probably that this tire will have less noise, but that will come at the expense of off road traction. This tire comes in a wide range of sizes, so it has applications across both import and domestic light truck and SUV segments.
The most amazing part of these tires isn't their traction, honestly it's just average for the group. But, I will say it's hard to find many light truck and SUV tires that have a longer life than these. I've heard many reports of drivers getting 130,000 miles out of one set. I know that's hard to believe, but these tires are built for longevity and will get you there with proper tire pressure and rotations. So if you're looking to make an investment for the life of your vehicle, I'd recommend you take a look at these as they are definitely worth the money.
