This is a really utilitarian tire, built to be put on practically any commercial vehicle from trucks, to vans to SUVs. This tire isn't meant to be used off road, even though it's listed as a truck tire. In reality, BFGoodrich built this tire to have a long life, and have good on-road driving dynamics. This tire will be more at home on your workhorse vehicle around the house if you happen to have one.
A lot of drivers have seen well over 60,000 miles out of these tires. I've even read reports of over 80,000 in certain instances. If you happen to haul or tow anything heavy, I wouldn't expect nearly as many miles under those more strenuous circumstances. Another great aspect to this tire is the noise...in that they are not very loud. If you read through many of the performance tires for sports cars, you'll see how often I point this out. But this tire is the opposite, so if you're looking for something quiet, with decent grip and will last a long time, I would recommend taking a look at the Commercial T/A All Season. Don't worry about the lack of treadwear rating on this tire, it's just an aberration of how tires are rated for the light truck category.
