Overall, for this performance category, the g-Force Sport provides a good compromise between excellent wet/dry traction, price, and treadwear. As with other tires in this category, this is a 3-season tire, only good for warmer temperatures as the tire compound won't warm up effectively in harsh winters. Due to this fact, the tire should not be used in ice/snow conditions.
If you are the type of driver who likes the occasional track day, and is looking for a tire that still has good treadwear, the g-Force Sport should be on your radar. The tire features a directional tread design and two wide rain channels while incorporating BFGoodrich's own BlackTech tread compound. This is a really high tech tire. It is not uncommon for drivers to get over 65,000 miles on these tires with regular tire rotations, and for the performance category...that is exceptional.
Want a great performing tire that won't break the bank? Then the g-Force Sport should be of high consideration. One point to consider is that, with a high treadwear/high traction tire, you may experience more road noise than with other tires.
